I loved this show on PBS Special called Digital Nation. I am so glad this research has come out because my own children are already showing signs of internet addiction. They want to use the computer. They want to play video games. They don't ask if they can go outside to play. They don't ask about playing a board game first. It is really crazy and I have always felt this way. However, I am also guilty of allowing my children to be on the internet or playing video games for the amounts of time that I am not proud to share. Try to watch this documentary if you can. It is eye-opening and real. Then after your done, go check your Facebook goings on!
