OMG...she is one of my all time favorite actresses. Not only is she drop dead gorgeous, but she is humma humma fine! Okay, that's a little redundant. I seek after her in any and all movies where she best plays a role in a period piece. Pride and Prejudice. The Duchess. Atonement. I only love her in Pirates of the Carribbean because it's Kiera. Well, rumor has it that my 28-year old diva is now married. Married to her boyfriend of two years, James Righton. He is the keyboardist in a band, the Klaxons. What a lucky dog! Sorry folks...she is no longer on the market! She STILL remains a fave and I will look forward to baby news in the future. I am quite certain that Keira's news of now being Mrs. Righton will disappoint a many men. Congratulations, newlyweds! Remember to love each other, through all things and all days. Marriage requires daily effort...much love to you KK and hubby!

Congratulations AGAIN, President Obama!
I proudly say I am a Barack Obama believer, follower, supporter to the end. I'm not much of a politician. I don't really know the ins and outs of the political world, but for the first time of any president in existence, I can say...now here is a President who is the closest in representing me. Here is a President who represents those who feel they have not been represented in the past. Here is a President who gets behind the scenes, into the scenes, and talks to people. He is passionate about his work and he adds something new to politics. A definite individual who goes down in history as a symbol of peace, change and an effort for better. Congratulations AGAIN in your 2nd term as President!

Junior Seau...Rest In Peace
I am always sad to hear about a celebrity or well known figure...and his or her passing. Rumor has it that this time...it was a suicide. Is that true? I feel sad about that, very sad. Why and how can life be so bad...to take one's own life. People have their reasons. It's heartbreaking nonetheless. I don't know the details. I'm sure we'll be hearing about it in the next several days throughout the popular media. Rest in peace, Junior. May your family take some time out...and find peace in these hard times as well. Tear.

I Like Bethenny Frankel

Bethenny Frankel has grown on me. With my start of the New Year, I have been able to enjoy some of these cable shows at the gym. It's sorta fun. And one of the shows..."Bethenny Ever After." It's fun, funny, and I actually learn a few relationship tips from it. I also feel grateful that I have found my ever after and am not in the scene. Anyway...
This woman is moving on to amazing things. She is succinct in her thoughts, confident, and willing to be as honest as possible as she assists people in dealing with their issues... mainly finding love. She's great!
Despite her recent miscarraige, she continues to move forward. She and her husband share one daughter, Bryn, and she is unsure about trying again for a second child. She's 41 years old. Hey...just a little bit of info...I had my 5th child at 41! It can be done. So Bethenny, best wishes to you and your career and your family! Looking forward to your upcoming FOX girl's show!

Katherine McPhee Smashes In

Somewhere deep in my heart, that coulda been me!! What a crack up that I even share this thought with the cyberworld. Its the truth. So, I live my suburban life and talk about all these other wonderful (and sometimes psycho) celebrities or media peeps in the world. My outlet to buzz about the goings on in popular culture. It's fun.

Amanda Knox...Polls in her favor by 76%

Although I didn't follow the case and listen to this trial the way I did Casey Anthony's trial, I remember feeling from the beginning that this girl was innocent. That's just a gut feeling. I don't know the girl. I remember when news of this first broke years ago. I thought she was innocent then. It just makes me question the integrity of court and legal systems around the world in general. Can't people just do good in the world?
One website article I perused has a poll you can participate in...and the numbers speak in favor of Amanda Knox's innocence. Again, I didn't follow the case closely, don't know the details, didn't see any court proceedings. Going by my gut, which I've been doing lately and life has been good, I vote in favor of her innocence.
