Let's Do The Timewarp Glee Kids

The Rocky Horror Picture Show makes its way to William McKinley High School in a small Ohio town on the ever popular GLEE. I'm a big fan and was pleased with tonight's show. I long to attend a live showing and audience participation revealing of this 1975 wonder creation. For GLEE to feature it in their show tonight brings millions of fans to be reminded of such a remarkable film. Fun, disturbing, overstepping boundaries, sexy, provocative, scary, lots of things. Did you watch it?

Brett Favre Sexting Scandal

Okay, first of all, I just want to say that "sexting" is the newest and coolest word in the American dictionary!!!

Now, on with the buzz. Brett Favre in the middle of a scandal? Are we even surprised? Does anything of this nature surprise us in the professional sports world? C'mon people. I say tell us more!

The details?

Well first and foremost at the top of his sexting menu is Jenn Sterger. I don't care much about the details of what was said, what was sent, who said what, what the "sexting" details are. Although it would be interesting to share all of that, I honestly don't care.

Next, a masseuse from the Jets shares her story. My guess ALSO is that is not this masseuse's first "hit on" incident. I mean, why do people get into any avenue of the professional sports industry to begin with? Aren't they asking for all this? The money is good and they know what's going to come along with all of this. I like sports, but I hate what the industry has become.

So questions emerge like...

Did Favre send Jenn Sterger nude photos?
Is this whole hot news buzz going to aide in ending Favre's career?
Are we surprised, once again, about the infidelities and "sexy" scandals that have emerged once again with yet another very loved sports professional?
How does this affect his 14 years of marriage to Deanna Favre?
How will this affect his big game tonight? Monday Night Football?? Everyone's gonna be watching.
Does it really matter in the larger scheme of things?
Is it helping the fight against global warming?
Are our children benefitting from all of this and what is the status of our country's educational system?

I really could care less. It actually makes me chuckle a little bit! LOL!! Hahahhahaha!!

Suicide at Rutgers University, Gay Student's Privacy Invaded

I am so damn tired of hearing stories like this. What the hell people? What goes around comes around is all I can say. You will get yours. This student at a school of excellence, Rutgers University, was driven to suicide because some jerk roommate webcammed him with another student. Give me a f- - - - - - break! This makes me sick. And how did that privacy-violating nerd make it to such a prestigious school. There should be some sort of screening for respect and integrity in people before they are admitted to college.
What is it folks? Is it you damn right-wing conservatives that have nothing better to do than to bash another human being because of their personal choices? Can I do something to you for being so conservative and traditional, driving you to insanity and making you jump off a bridge? I feel so sorry for people like you.

God Bless this young man who had nowhere to go, no one to trust or talk to with this issue. Shame on the RA who wasn't able to help him much when approached by him about the "problem". Have a heart all of you homophobic morons. Learn to live...meaning, learn to love and accept ALL!

Katy Perry on Sesame Street

Why pull the plug on a popular icon? I mean be serious, it's not like young children do not ALREADY see cleavage on any average show these days. You know all the kids are singing her songs...I kissed a girl and I liked it. You know little kids sing that song!! So, whatever! Sesame Street should just forget the hype from all of these "say they are" conservatives and let her on the show. If anything, it COULD be an opportunity for parents to TALK to their children instead of let the tube babysit them!! Be real people. Let Katy Perry on Sesame Street. She's so cute!

Disastrous Oil Spill in the Gulf

What a catastrophe Obama's Administration has had to deal with. At one point in my young life, I considered going into politics but it's so easy to turn the other way and stay out of that limelight when politicians and government officials tend to be SO scrutinized for things that seem to be out of their control. It's one of these easier said than done things when dealing with such an enormous issue. So, in the mean time, an important person resigns from her role. I'd probably do the same thing. I wouldn't need that stress in my life. I'd rather be the worker bee, really trying to get things done because having to answer so many of media's and the public's questions, in such a negative manner mind you, must be HELL!

Tim Urban Pulls Thru

I have to admit that I am a Tim Urban fan. I like him. I really do. The judges of American Idol obviously don't. Week after week, I feel as if they do nothing but tell him things to drive him away...no constructive criticism. I think he has something and it's just taking a little while for it to pan out for him. I think he completely has the "Zac Efron" thing going for him. That's what America loves. A simple, humble character. I hope he makes it for at least a couple of more weeks. I honestly think some of these young bucks can go home. They have their lives ahead of them and will plenty of opportunities. So, Tim Urban...Hang in there! You have my votes! I'm rooting for you!!
