Hot damn this woman is fine! I did not watch Smash the other night, but I've heard from others that the show is great. I didn't doubt that it would be. Steven Spielberg once again, creates a phenomena. I'm sure it'll get super ratings. Once in the top of American Idol hopefuls, McPhee has still busted out into the entertainment scene and has proven her talent. Maybe sometimes it's better to NOT be the American Idol and let other GREATER opportunities come your way. Look at Jennifer Hudson. Another hot damn, if you ask me! Anyway, whenever I find time to watch the Smash debut, I will certainly send out my thoughts. I love a good show about young ladies breaking into the industry.

Priest In Trouble for Gambling Addiction

Okay, so I cut to the chase. Last week, it was announced that Father Kevin, of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Las Vegas, confessed to taking over $650,000 over a several year period. That sucks! This is close to home because I am dedicated Catholic and would like to continue my faith in this faith. But when I hear stuff like this, is it an isolated incident or is this very common? Actually, I recall a similar incident happening in a Catholic church in a small Kansan town where I once lived. Gambling addiction for that guy, too.

I get it! Maybe he was taking a chance on winning BIG so that he can give it back to the church! I really do get it. I admit...I like slot machines and it is easy to get carried away. But WOW! Over $650K! That can buy a house! That can feed a nation! WTF! Father Kevin will get what he deserves. At the same time, priests are human, too. They just carry such a spiritually prestigious title and YES! We have higher expectations of clergymen. But maybe this teaches us a lesson to look at ALL people as equal.

Although I didn't follow the case and listen to this trial the way I did Casey Anthony's trial, I remember feeling from the beginning that this girl was innocent. That's just a gut feeling. I don't know the girl. I remember when news of this first broke years ago. I thought she was innocent then. It just makes me question the integrity of court and legal systems around the world in general. Can't people just do good in the world?

One website article I perused has a poll you can participate in...and the numbers speak in favor of Amanda Knox's innocence. Again, I didn't follow the case closely, don't know the details, didn't see any court proceedings. Going by my gut, which I've been doing lately and life has been good, I vote in favor of her innocence.

OMG...I guess as she was filming part of her new reality show...which I don't care to watch...a man approached her and called her mom (Sarah Palin) a whore. Then she went on to call this man a homosexual and the guys says, "How do you know I'm a sexual?" And she says something like, "I can just tell and you're with this guy..." blah blah blah blah. OMG...talk about being judgmental. That family is whack.

I will have to say, because of the dumb and interesting factor, she'll probably get a lot of viewers just for that. I will also say that I'm tired of these reality show antics, because rumor has it, that was a set up to get ratings going. Whatever the case, Bristol has no business talking s*** to someone like that in a bar. Way to go, Bristol! You are one classy GIRL! LOL!

Casey Anthony Verdict a Joke

For all the mothers and little daughters out there, God Bless Caylee and pray that she is forgiving in her afterlife. Casey Anthony is a free woman. Free from this trial and the death penalty. Free from the blame that a majority of the world felt was hers. Free from the three counts of manslaughter, aggravated child abuse, and murder in the first degree.

HOWEVER, she is not free. Really? She knows the truth. One day, justice will be served and she'll get hers. I do believe that. And whoever was her accomplice will get his/hers, too. It's okay for now. Tomorrow, the sentence will be announced. For MOST Americans, the verdict is a joke. The jurors chose well to not speak before the media. If they did, they would not be left alone for a very long time. This case is not over. We'll see what happens in the next months.

Scotty McCreery is the American Idol Winner!

Just as I suspected would happen, Scotty is the winner! He was awesome! I think Lauren is good, too. But there is something about Scotty that American Idol has never had, never seen before. I just want to hear him sing some more Kenny Rogers. When he sang She Believes In Me, I just about cried. That was one of my most favorite songs way back when. Ah man, he was awesome! So, congratulations Scotty!! I think America needed an all American boy like you. Country has grown on me...(I watched me some Keith Urban in Las Vegas a few weekends ago...the Tiger Jam at Mandalay Bay. I love me some Keith Urban, baby!)

Back to Scotty, I look forward to seeing this young country cowboy earn lots of money and help his mommy and daddy retire early. Of course that'll happen. No doubt we'll see him at the next CMA (Country Music Awards, duh!)

Arnold Schwarzeneggar finally confessed to his wife that he slipped! He fathered a child some 14 years ago with a former housekeeper. He had an affair just as many of the testosterone driven actors or politicians or sports athletes have. Guess what?! Arnie was and/or is all three so that made hime three times more likely to have xtramarital affairs!

The sad thing is Shriver became pregnant at the very same time! What a scumbag Arnold was and is! I honestly feel very sorry for Maria Shriver who has been such a positive icon in this country. Do You Know THE SECRET??

You all remember the great phenomena of "The Secret" when it came out years ago and special guests appeared on Oprah? Right? I mean, I was totally sucked in. I think it is a well done movie. I was reminded of this movie as I was browsing through my Netflix options. Yipee! The Secret appeared. What a reminder for me...to simply get back on track with being the me I want to be.

Oh whatever! You think I'm cooky when I say stuff like this. Call me whatever you want, but I love this stuff. I love this motivational, positive thinking, attitude of gratitude stuff. I love it. Yes! I do!

If you are a Netflix subscriber, I urge you to add The Secret to your Instant Queue and watch this film. I enjoyed it. Watch it with the kids. It's entertaining. At minimum, this movie will make you think about things. About your life, about your attitude and outlook on life. I'm going to have a "Secret" weekend as I review this movie once more.

She was arrested for being a drunk passenger to her boyfriend, Matt Rutler as the under the influence 25-year old driver. What is going on with this diva? I feel for her only because I have been a long time fan of hers since her breakout hit from Disney's Mulan "Reflection." She broke out of the Disney image so quickly and easily and that is not easy to do. She is a remarkable artist, a beauty, and now...well, a lush. That's being blunt.

BUT...I am still a big fan. C'mon, Christina! Get back on track! Slow down the bottle and get focused again! I'm rooting for ya!

In a beautiful interview on Oprah, Debbie Reynolds and her daughter, Carrie Fisher talk candidly about their past. I'm not that much of a Hollywood buff to know that they are related. Thanks for the enlightenment, Oprah. All I know is that Debbie Reynolds performs in Las Vegas once in a while, Carrie Fisher played the role of Princess Leia (whom I loved so much that I partly named my daughter Leia), and that they are icons in the celebrity industry.

So the story goes that Debbie Reynolds and her then husband were good friends with Elizabeth Taylor & her then husband, Michael Todd. Well, Michael died in a tragic plane accident. This left Taylor widowed. THEN what happened was...Eddie Fisher flew to Elizabeth Taylor's side (and as Carrie Fisher says, "then her front") and had an affair with her. And the story goes. Anyway, hopefully you had a chance to watch the interview.

Anyway, Jennifer has accomplished much for herself. Too bad Simon Cowell didn't see OR did he? Maybe he knew that American Idol would be small cake for her and that she was destined for bigger things. He didn't want her to be tied to an AI contract for years. She was ready to be let into the world for greater successes.

Hallelujah were the sounds of this flash mob at a neighborhood mall. Some lunchers and shoppers and passers by received a glorious concert of the day...unexpected and beautiful. Heavenly. On pitch. Loved it myself. Being a former choir member myself, I recall this challenging Handel masterpiece. I even slipped at the end when the choir keeps singing "hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah..." etc. and I mishapped by singing an extra hallelujah. Luckily it wasn't loud enough for the conductor to back hand me.

Black Friday and TARGET! Woohoo!

OMG! I get the email for Black Friday ads and BOO-YAH!! The Target ad was released. I haven't looked at it in full yet. But let me tell you, after already deciding I will not do Black Friday this year, standing in lines at 4:00am with Starbucks in hand, scarf around my neck and gloves on with all the consumer crazies...the release of the Target Black Friday sales has me rethinking. I'm not a shopper like many people I know, BUT I get the shopping itch like every other American.

So, should I stay or should I go? Let me spend about 2 hours browsing through that ad, making my list, getting it right. And then let me close that window on my laptop after a wasted 2 hours after deciding...holidays are not about the material things. And then let me go back to my email again the next day and rethink again, and again, and again.

Yes, I am infected with the all-american consumerism, materialistic bug. I love to shop. I love a good deal. Stay tuned to see if I can control myself. We're not even half way through November and I'm craving those early morning deals! Ugh! Maybe I'll see you out there! For less than $12 a month, you can get high on all the television series watching you want! Unlimited almost! It's called Series Binging. Just a little over a month ago, my spouse and I decided to get a Netflix subscription and this has opened up a whole world of mesmerizing TV watching at my fingertips. No longer do I have to wait a whole week to find out what happens next on Nip Tuck or Weeds. As a newbie to Dexter, I was able to watch 4 whole seasons in less than one month. Now I am completely caught up in the new season with access to each new episode online. It's a crazy world. But, it has given my life a whole new meaning when it comes to couch potato syndrome. AND...I must say that I love it!

The details?

Well first and foremost at the top of his sexting menu is Jenn Sterger. I don't care much about the details of what was said, what was sent, who said what, what the "sexting" details are. Although it would be interesting to share all of that, I honestly don't care.

Next, a masseuse from the Jets shares her story. My guess ALSO is that is not this masseuse's first "hit on" incident. I mean, why do people get into any avenue of the professional sports industry to begin with? Aren't they asking for all this? The money is good and they know what's going to come along with all of this. I like sports, but I hate what the industry has become.

Suicide at Rutgers University, Gay Student's Privacy Invaded

I am so damn tired of hearing stories like this. What the hell people? What goes around comes around is all I can say. You will get yours. This student at a school of excellence, Rutgers University, was driven to suicide because some jerk roommate webcammed him with another student. Give me a f- - - - - - break! This makes me sick. And how did that privacy-violating nerd make it to such a prestigious school. There should be some sort of screening for respect and integrity in people before they are admitted to college.
What is it folks? Is it you damn right-wing conservatives that have nothing better to do than to bash another human being because of their personal choices? Can I do something to you for being so conservative and traditional, driving you to insanity and making you jump off a bridge? I feel so sorry for people like you.

At one point in my young life, I considered going into politics but it's so easy to turn the other way and stay out of that limelight when politicians and government officials tend to be SO scrutinized for things that seem to be out of their control. It's one of these easier said than done things when dealing with such an enormous issue. So, in the mean time, an important person resigns from her role. I'd probably do the same thing. I wouldn't need that stress in my life. I'd rather be the worker bee, really trying to get things done because having to answer so many of media's and the public's questions, in such a negative manner mind you, must be HELL!

I have to admit that I am a Tim Urban fan. I like him. I really do. The judges of American Idol obviously don't. Week after week, I feel as if they do nothing but tell him things to drive him away...no constructive criticism. I watched Tiger and listened to his apology. I do say there is hope for this man. Everyone has their flaws and quite honestly, all of you professional sports players out there are just happy that it was him who got caught and not you. I mean, please jocks! Get real! You are happy that Tiger is the one at the podium, apologizing for his behavior and all that, and not you! I don't know the statistics, but it's gotta be like 90% of professional male sports athletes has infidelity issues. Some people just know how to hide it better, make better deals with their entourages to not leak info, or they choose women who are very likely to never really care, and are willing to be more discreet. Maybe these 'escorts' get a better pay out. Sex addiction is not the only issue here...it runs much deeper. It's a male dominated world.

I do give kudos to Tiger Woods for his public apology. I think it's a good thing and I hope that the public and paparazzi respect his wishes and leave him and his family alone. Even in his darkest hour of humiliation, he was still a gentleman well-poised and full of eloquence. Good luck to you, Tiger!

I loved this show on PBS Special called Digital Nation. I am so glad this research has come out because my own children are already showing signs of internet addiction. They want to use the computer. They want to play video games. They don't ask if they can go outside to play. They don't ask about playing a board game first. It is really crazy and I have always felt this way. However, I am also guilty of allowing my children to be on the internet or playing video games for the amounts of time that I am not proud to share. Try to watch this documentary if you can. The latest scoop on Tiger Woods simply says...well, he is in SEX REHAB! among other things. So proud of Elin who was clever enough FINALLY to look at his cell phone for texts. I mean, when did she start having suspicions? Oprah has had many a talk show that show the sure tell signs that your spouse is cheating on you, so why didn't you look at his cell phone sooner?

Anyway, just read the article. It'll make you laugh. I actually feel sorry for the couple because every marriage deserves a chance and I think TW seems like a kind enough man to learn to trust again. I'm no psychologist or therapist, but I think it can work. Maybe only if the rehab works...geez! I hope the staff is unattractive, flat-chested and missing teeth. However, that may not stop a sex addict.

Not Out of the Woods Yet: The Tiger Voice Mail

Thanksgiving morning (2009)...Whoa!, Tiger is in an accident and is seriously injured. If you were like me, I thought he was dead and part of me was worried, I really like the guy. We find that he crashed into a fire hydrant and tree, and was pulled out of the car by his wife, after she breaks the window with golf club (which is weird).

Here's when "WE" come in...

Whoa, maybe the wife became distraught after she found of his extra marital affairs, so she attacks him, yeah, that's what happened, and that's why he lost control of the car. Wait a minute, Tiger has had extra marital affairs?...

So what seemingly could be a simple traffic accident, is now a big blockbuster circus event. Tiger is keeping things quiet, which is great, and has made a few press releases in the last few days...at leaast we know he's okay (physically). Then, out of nowhere, today on his website, he discloses to everyone that he engaged in activities that aren't aligned with his values. I guess the pressure was too much. As they say, if you run, "WE" chase. He gave in.

This is fine, as long as its private. But everywhere, the discussion of cheating and monogamy is at the top of every discussion board and you have people who are vocal about it on both sides... Where are you?

It provides for some pretty good entertainment wouldn't you say, and part of me, doesn't want to believe that "The Tiger" cheated, he's got a beautiful wife, children, he's at the top of the world and he's a great roll model. Maybe he cheated maybe he didn't. I don't care. Let's move on folks...

Then today, we here his voicemail to a girl who he's had relations with, requesting that she remove her name from her Voice ID, so that her name doesn't appear on Tiger's phone, apparently the his lady got made...good for her.

It makes things a little more real and that Tiger is not so focused and at the top of his game after all. However, lots of people like this because it makes him human. It brings him down to earth. What do you think?

If it was anybody else, this would have gone away with the Thanksgiving turkey, but since its Tiger, there really is now escape. We'll be paying attention to see how this thing unravels. Stay tuned.

Tiger is Not Completely Out of the Woods

Can you believe how much attention Tiger Woods has been getting? Sorta like our buddy, Dave Lettermen, maybe it's just better for Tiger to fess up. Infidelity is nothing new for the famous actor and athlete. I mean, c'mon people! Isn't that somewhere in the fine print for that particular job description. It's probably in tiny, tiny, tiny print somewhere in the contracts...

"Dost thou chooseth the path of an actor or athlete, thou dost also chooseth to have infidelitous affairs beyond the grasp of his or her morally correct parameters."

In other words, don't most athletes fall into this at least once in their lives. And hasn't infidelity in the sports world become a norm of sorts. Magic. A-Rod. Oscar de la Hoya. Yes. That's what I said. Derek Jeter. Dennis Rodman. Kobe. What is the truth?

Well, I am hoping that Tiger Woods will maintain a clean record. This Rachel lady has already said that she has nothing to do with him romantically. To be honest with you, I don't really care. It's too much. Let the people be. Let Tiger live his life and manage the situation with the family.

New Moon...Was It Your Moon?

Was it your moon? I just got back from watching a midnight show of this saga. First, I must say that I didn't even read the books. But now I MUST. I absolutely need more detail! Anyway, first reactions. DAMN! That was good. I mean, I did enjoy it. Jacob is seriously luscious! I do have to say that all I can think of when I see that little face is Shark Boy. However, those abs and guns...whew baby! Hold me, Jacob! Hold me! I'll kiss you if Bella won't! I will say that in my heart, I am still Team Edward. Eclipse is definitely going to have to do something to me to get me on Team Jacob. But that sparkle of Edward has me good. My lust for Jacob is purely phsyical.

Oprah Calls It Quits

Oprah will be ending her 25 year long show sometime in the year 2011. That is, unless her fans and EMPLOYEES urge her not to do so. She has done so much for the public and even more for those fans of her whom have been changed personally somehow. But do not fear! My guess is that she has something even greater planned! She is going to pull something out of that hat of hers. She is truly a woman of dreams and goals and her mission is not yet complete. So, congratulations to Oprah on such a wonderful monument of a talk show you have created! It will be impossible to recreate what you have created. Contrary to what some in the media say and some non-fan critics, I feel that Miley Cyrus is actually okay. She really has worked hard to get to where she is. No doubt, her father played a role in it, but she really has worked hard! I personally like the song that she sings called "The Climb."

She had that one Vanity Fair spread that got lots of buzz. But really folks, who cares. Just let her be. She didn't pose for Playboy! I mean, the photos weren't that bad. They were Miley Cyrus showing that she is developing into the woman that every little girl will also develop into. Just let her be. Let her grow and learn. Supposedly her parents were okay with it all and were at the shoot. Anyway...

I do enjoy Miley Cyrus and actually liked the movie that came out. It was different than her corny shows. It was actually a nice, simple, country girl movie. Great for a movie night if you have young daughters.

But on the real, this beautiful young actress of 19, best known for her role as Ruthie Camden in "7th Heaven" has made it to the big screen. We'll see how critics come through for her. She'll star in Edgar Allen Poe's Ligiea, playing the role of Loreli.

Wow! Doesn't she look stunning? I don't know much about this guy, but do you think money has anything to do with this? Okay, I'm just kidding. All I know is that he is Jewish, they got married in a beautiful and extravagant Trump National Golf Club with 500 of their closest friends. Some of those friends included Natalie Portman, Regis Philbin, and Russell Crowe. Ivanka, 27 and Jared Kushner, 28 will make beautiful music together...and probably more beautiful money and investments. They both have brains and looks (and a great Father-in-Law for Jared). I'm sure they could hold their own.

First of all, I hated that teacher. She made me feel stupid. She surely had her favorites and I was not one of them. But I do remember her asking the class to interpret this poem. I do recall understanding the poem at the time. I simply did not know how to put my understanding into words. The scare of the movie 2012 makes me think of this poem.

Secondly, how exactly do YOU interpret this? What is manunkind...or is Cummings referring to the turn 'humankind' has taken by all of the unrest, the injustice, the hate or indifference which has occurred in the world? This poem was written in 1944. Something to think about. Search the internet for more interpretation of this poem. A little too much for me to get into it on a Sunday night. I need to get ready for the week.

Mommy Heene Confesses to the Hoax of the Balloon Incident

I can't believe what I am hearing. For crying out loud, in the name of common sense, what were you thinking Mrs. Heene? Are these rumors correct that you were part of the scheme, the hoax of your son's balloon incident? What is going on? If fame is what Mr. & Mrs. Heene are seeking, well that is what they received. As well as looking like FOOLS!

According to the Zimbio website:
"Mayumi told investigators that she and the boy's father started building the flying-saucer-like craft 2 weeks before the incident specifically to carry out the hoax. Heene also said the parents instructed their 3 children to lie to the media for the sake of the story."

I mean...really people! Can this story get any better? They should, at minimum, get some psychiatric evaluation! Well, really, in about 3 years...2012... in won't matter anymore. The earth is going to fall to pieces, explode, land masses will break apart and fall into the ocean, etc. Anyway, good luck Heene family. Hopefully you have a good attorney.

Is Balloon Boy's Dad Making Mom the Victim?

With all this stuff and television coverage that Richard Heene has been getting, there is talk of whether or not the wife, Mayumi Heene, plays a sort of victim role through it all. If you don't know the story, quick summary:

Large balloon of some sort was seen flying through the air. It was alleged that this balloon was carrying one of the children of the Heene family and it quickly caught the attention of the news. Then, it was being looked into as a hoax. Maybe Richard planned it all as a way to get some media hype back in his life. Maybe the Heene family's own reality show. I don't know. It's a little crazy. You can read for yourself about that whole ordeal about the "Balloon Boy" incident.

As for the mother, Mayumi, here is what one family friend had to say:

Call it crazy. Call it a hoax. I don't know what to make of it. But it certainly seems to interest YOU! Why are you reading this? Don't you have something better to do with your time?

Maybe a free bottle of antibacterial cream should come with it.

Maya Angelou: A Classic, A Legend, A Renaissance Woman

Rumors were flying that Maya Angelou was rushed to an L.A. Hospital when in fact, she was home and well. Interesting how the media can pick up a tidbit of information, fact or lie. Then moments later, the media is on it. The rumor even included that she died...the downs of pop culture.

I just want to say WOW! He sounds SOOOoooo much like the original artist with Journey. It sounds great! I swear Filipinos sing so well! They ARE the karaoke champions, anyway. Well, back on subject...supposedly he used to try to make money, singing on the streets of Manila, doing Journey covers. He was discovered by the original band members of Journey, minus Steve Perry. Besides, that is who Arnel Pineda replaced for the new Journey of the Millenium! I mean, OMG...Oh my goodness!!

He used to play with a Philippine based pop band called The Zoo. Journey discovered him on YouTube! Wow! YouTube, you are so awesome. So much talent is discovered through this venue. Here is an interview that is more than a year old which gives a little more background.

I have friends who are watching Journey as we speak, in Las Vegas, Nevada at the M Resort! I love that place, too. What an awesome place for him to have a concert! Anyway, congratulations and continued congratulations to Arnel Pineda and his family for such a great dream come true! You are great!

Zombieland Premiere

We can't wait for this movie to open and in this trailer, the creepiest part are the little zombie girls at the wedding. Michael Jackson's Ghost

The interest in Michael Jackson continues even after his passing, and it will continue to pick up steam. On October 28th, a limited engagement viewing of "This Is It", a documentary of Michael Jackson's final days in preparation for his concert tour, which came to an end with his passing, will play in selected cities around the world, for only two weeks.

The movie appears interesting, we get to see his work ethic, final performances, attention to stage detail, his personality, his relationships, new songs and Michael's raw talent.

To not end there though, his popularity has grown even more so as people in the Neverland Ranch, claim to have seen his ghost. The car image, as you will see, is a stretch, but the shadow in the room...well we're just not sure. It could be someone passing in the garden.

Last week, the following video captured the entire country, and it started with Kanye West's comment during Taylor Swift's award on MTVs Video Music Awards. When I first saw this clip, I thought about how genius it was to put the two clips together, as both pieces of footage were fresh in our minds. So, to the creative people who put this together, well done.

And if you haven't seen this, here are Taylor's comments and remarks regarding Kanye's interruption. She's pretty classy and has taken all of this in stride. "Kanye, cool haircut."

And, to add closure to this entire event, here is Kanye's interview on Jay Leno's premiere. Jay really let him have it as he asked Kanye about how his mother would feel about his actions. He was met with an unexpected silence, as all of us listened to what he had to say. The moment was dramatic and I believe, sincere. At first, it seemed like a low blow, but it really brought his actions into the light. His action at the VMA's may have hurt Kanye's career, and I don't think his appearance on Leno will help him bounce back, but it does make him appear to be a better person than I had expected, I wish him luck.

Black Eyed Peas: Infectious Flash Mob Performance on Oprah's Season Premiere

This week, I saw this and felt that it was one of the most incredible things I have seen in a long time.

Oprah's season opener featured performances from popular groups like Rascal Flats, Jennifer Hudson, James Taylor and Chris Angel, but there was one in particular that I though was very special. During the The Black Eyed Peas performance of the song "I Got a Feelin" there was an incredible Flash Mob performance that turned out to be a nice surprise

For those of you who don't know, a Flash Mob is a large scale choreographed performance involving hundreds, even thousands of people. The cool thing about this Flash Mob, is that I don't think anyone knew about it, including Oprah. When I saw it, I thought it was incredible, the energy was infectious and left me feeling really happy.

If anyone out there was part of that Oprah Flash Mob, and happened to stumble upon this blog, feel free to chime in and let us know what it was like. I'll bet that you'll never forget that day. I wish I was there, but in all honesty, the energy could be felt from far away - it was truly amazing. I could only imagine some of the bystanders who were attended but were not part of the originating group, I'm sure you couldn't help but join in either.

The Flash Mob portion of the clip begins at about :58, and after the performance, you'll see a segment about how the entire stunt was planned, organized and executed. The incredible thing is that the word got out through the use of Facebook and Twitter. Way to go guys on pulling off an incredible memorable event.

How To Master Bejeweled Blitz

It is no wonder how & why this game has become the most mesmerizing, time-consuming, addictive, zoning, whatever...phenomena of the Facebook world. And for those of you who are so addicted, you no doubt bought and downloaded it to your personal computer when the program crashed a short while ago, forcing the creater to fix the glitches, hence, offering a 50% off discount for a little while after this glitch was fixed. That has, nevertheless, kept you sucked into this wondrous, beautiful, and MOST FRUSTRATING game (at times). C'mon, you know I'm right!

So, how do you master this game? Well, there are a few theories. I will share two. Number One. Just make your eyes move super fast and find all the combinations and if you are lucky, please find the combinations that give you a hypercube. BUT STILL keep moving fast. Number Two...Oooo...save the multipliers because it takes 10 seconds for a next multiplier to drop once a previous one has come out. And do your best to explode the multipliers one after the other right away while still making your eyes move super fast to find the 3, 4, and 5 shape combos!

Okay. That's it. Otherwise, in all honesty, it is PURE LUCK ladies and gentlemen. Please. I have had many of my addicted friends tell me that the game just kept going and cascading. It's all in the luck of the drop friends. You think you are skilled? Maybe a little. But how did my one friend get over 1,000,000 points and she barely could understand how to play.

Another bit of food for thought...why in the world are you spending hours at a time playing this silly game when you have homework to do, an essay to write, children to feed, laundry to clean, bills to pay, a workout to complete...what can be more important. Think about it for a minute. What has gotten you so sucked into this game? What is lacking in your life? What makes you stay and watch the colorful screen, hear the sexy computerized voice say "good", "excellent", "incredible", and more. Who is this voice? Does anyone know?

Over and over again, someone, somewhere is being hit. One out of 3 women is abused in this country...these are reported cases. Where is the line drawn? When is it abuse? When is it dangerous and when does it need more attention? Ladies, help yourselves and get out before it's too late. I take this issue to heart because I have a loved one dear to me who is in this right now and I am so scared for her. I can only tell her so much but she has to want to leave. She doesn't see what everyone else sees. "Oh, but he's a good father." and "I don't think he would ever go that far." and "He's just saying that because he's depressed and angry." Best one of all: "I must have done something to provoke him. It's partly my fault."

Tell-tale signs for anyone out there...

Your abuser shows controlling behavior: If your significant other is telling you who you can hang out with, what friends you can have, when or where you can go, what time you need to be home, THAT IS A SIGN!!! that this relationship is damaging your soul and spirit. Is he going through your emails, looking at your cell phone calls and texts? Why does he not trust? Wake up! Get out!
This person is using threats or guilt: "If you don't..." blah, blah, blah, then "I'll leave you." "If you don't..." yadda, yadda, yadda, "then you must not love me enough." These are manipulative ways the person is trying to control you. Love is not that way. Real love does not have conditions.
The person insists on sex: HELLO!!!! This is surely a sign that the relationship is not healthy. Sex is not even the issue. It's control. It's not about "love". This person wants to be in a position where you are vulnerable. THAT IS SCARY!!

It is a good thing that the Chris Brown and Rihanna situation has surfaced. This is not good for any of our youth to witness. I hate to say it, but I'm sure there are some people out there who say "She deserved it!" BS! No one deserves it! And there are some people who believe it was just a one time thing & he won't do it again. What do you think? Haven't we had enough of this? I don't care if he is a mega-star. He deserves what's coming to him. I hope that she starts to wake-up and see the real deal, too.

Jason broke up with Melissa at the Final Rose episode and now Melissa spills the beans about what really happened...at least from her point of view. I love that Ellen got this first interview because I love Ellen. The thing that bothers me about all this "Bachelor" drama is that these people cannot live their lives without millions of viewers knowing the details. But of course, that's what they signed up for. I'm sure the contract stated that they had to share experiences no matter what...on TV! I guess if I had children and an economy like today's, I'd tell all and show some and more for the money. MO MONEY MO MONEY!! It's all about the greens, baby!

So, Melissa, I'm sorry for what Jason did to you. I think you knew that the two of you were not meant to be together in the end. It may have been a huge challenge based on the way both of you have talked about it. Since you didn't exchange vows, you both had a way out. If you had both went ahead and eloped, then that "I do" would have been forever and maybe we would have seen you both on Dr. Phil! But now, as you've shared with Ellen, you have a new beau. OMG! OMG! I can't believe that! Although, I guess this as as real as it gets. Jason first picks Melissa and then has a change of heart. Quite honestly, she seemed like a bitch. But I'd turn into a bitch, too if I were Melissa. On the other hand, Molly was just a damsel in distress waiting for Prince Charming to come...or to come back I guess. Only time will tell with this Love Triangle. Although, it's not a triangle anymore. It's just a line segment, from point A to point B (...for all you Geometry Club members.) From Jason to Molly, since Melissa is out of the picture. UNLESS it becomes a fatal attraction situation. Again, only time will tell. Molly is surely smitten with the whole situation and will demand some answers of course. But she got her man. (Oh yeah, and Melissa called Jason a "bastard" on live television! Wow! That's crazy...and funny, too!)

Barack Obama Fever

This is such an historic moment for us all. Whether we were a supporter from the start or not, no one can deny the impact of what is to occur in these next few hours. My sister is among the crowd of all those with Obama fever, as she represents my whole family who could not be just yards away from the action and the change. Just a breath away from the man who will lead our nation. This time is filled with hope and promise. I do believe in Barack Obama and what he can and will do for our country. We must all understand that it will not happen overnight. And still, to all the naysayers, stop it already. Spread love. Spread hope. Spread the message that things can only get better and move forward with this man as our leader. God Bless America.

Heidi Klum is amazing! She is beautiful, has a great personality, is outgoing, and fun. I've seen her on The Ellen Show, on the Today Show, on Regis and Kelly. She is hot! Does Seal know how fortunate he is? Don't get me wrong! I love Seal and his music. What a great couple! He appeared with her on last year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

Get this...she has no problem balancing her career with raising her family. It makes me think of Kelly Ripa. I started watching Kelly when I was pregnant with my first child 8 years ago. Kelly was just auditioning for the show. Now look at her. Anyway, Kelly and Keidi almost look alike.

Obama may have made history this year with the 2008 election, but Britney Spears lands at the top for the most searched celebrity figure on the internet. This article discusses it in detail. The truth is that it is no surprise. Paparazzi and the public want to know the best and especially the worst about what goes on in the lives of celebrities. Maybe it's fun and relieving to see our celebrities go up in smoke with the rumors and the negative coverage. Rehab? Who's dating who? Who's doing who or not doing who? What did this person do to her kid? What is the latest scoop on the person? Latest project? The public wants to know. You and I want to know.

I admit that I will once in a while get sucked into the Entertainment Tonight and Inside Edition shows. For the most part, the shows repeat the same information about all the latest super star gossip. BUT I get sucked in anyway. Is it because I'm glad to know that my life is more balanced than some of these megastars and that makes me feel better? Knowing that having fame and riches doesn't mean that these celebrities have a better life than me? It's all psychology, folks. We either sit and watch and envy these super stars OR we say, "I like my life. I wouldn't want that even if it came with fame and riches." Does that make sense?

Holiday Shopping Tips AND My Personal Gift Giving Tips

Wow! The Federal Trade Commission is climbing on board to help Americans make good choices this year when it comes to shopping. They have an online article with tips for the consumer. Quite interesting! Interesting when it's the government who (some people feel) are the one's at fault for their personal financial problems and debt. How so? Well, look at the commercialism and temptations put forth on a daily basis through every medium possible...television, radio, oversized billboards, magazines, etc. They are all FTC approved. (Actually, I don't know how it really works and everyone needs to blame someone to feel better about themselves!) Now, it seems some of the companies are targeting child audiences for their credit cards and so forth. Is that ludicrous? My kids don't even know how to count change back from $1.00 and they are already watching commercials of Shopping Barbie with her own credit cards. My take on that...teach your kids the cash only lifestyle! If you don't have the money, you can't afford it. If you don't have the money, don't buy it. Don't put the purchase on plastic when you know (or maybe you don't) that it'll take you longer to pay it off than you intended. Am I making sense?

So really, take the FTC's advice but go cash only. Here are the bullet points...

My personal addition to this list of tips...

Create a budget of how much you will spend for each person...do you have 15 neices and nephews? If you spend $25 per child, that's already $375! Do the kids really need that toy or gadget? How about making a coupon that says "This coupon is good for one hour of game time with Auntie So & So." That coupon costs you one hour for time spent, and 10 minutes to create the coupon on Word.
Make your presents...pick up on your long lost hobby of sewing or painting. Create a photo album for your loved ones of all the favorite pics over the 2008 year. Printing pictures can cost as little as 9 cents a print on Snapfish.com. (Well, that was the latest deal I saw. It's always changing.) So, pick up a photo album for $5, print 25 pictures for under $3...and voila! You've got a personal and inexpensive gift for under $10 that will more than likely never be thrown away. Actually, it's a great gift for the kids, too. Write little captions to put in with each picture.
BAKE! Everyone knows this time of year is the baking time of year. Pick 5 different cookie or bread recipes and divvy them up into some decorative plates. Easy to find at your local Dollar store or 99cent store. You'll have a gift to share with 5-6 friends and their taste buds will love it.

Anyway, my theme this year is to keep it simple. I avoided Black Friday today at all costs. I have plenty of materials in my own house to create gifts. I have more time than money these days, so bring on the creativity! Good luck this season and don't go overboard!

Black Friday & Thanksgiving Weekend Sales...How To Save

Some of the best things to do this year for the holidays during our challenging economic times...spend time looking for the sales. Go to the stores and malls with a predetermined list of things to buy for EACH person you are buying for. Go online and take advantage of free shipping deals. Stay away from the crowds and craziness because time is money. Shop for everything in one place. Create a budget and stick to it. Less is more. Keep it simple. OR you can also think of ZIGGY! (You'll understand what I mean as you read on.)

This is the weekend when most retailers collect on a large percentage of their revenue for their annual sales and profits, but this year we will most likely see a drop in sales. Many large retailers are facing hard times so much that they are closing down! This year is a little different. More people are calling in their local food banks, social services, and financial assistance programs due to these economic hard times. These are your average American families who are now seeking assistance because of employment lay-offs and salary decreases (option rather than losing one's job altogether). It is a challenging time for many people in our country right now.

However, the absolute BEST thing you can do is...STAY HOME! Take a look at your life. Take a look at what you already have. Be grateful for it all. Think about the important people in your life. How much time do you spend with these individuals? Time is a great gift. Stay home and don't shop if you know you have a credit card bill with a $6000 balance and a minimum payment of $150 a month. Believe me! I am learning the hard way (for the 3rd time in my short life now)! Proud to say that this year my spouse and I have switched to a 'cash-only' lifestyle and have stuck to that for 90% of 2008. That's a record to be proud of. Next year is going to be awesome! 'Cash-only, baby!' and 'Financial Freedom!' are the two mantras we live by now. Yes, the $6000 credit card balance is there but it's dwindling down. Even for true emergencies, we do our best to not pull out the credit card and we use cash or debit. Why spend money that is not there? We understand that better now.

I read something somewhere once. It was actually a little Ziggy cartoon ad. Ziggy was walking by a retail store that had a big sign that read "SAVE 50% OFF EVERYTHING!" He hesitated. Hmm...all the great deals I can find! BUT then reality kicked in. Ziggy had a life that was satisfying already. He didn't need anything else in his life. The bubble above his head displayed his thoughts..."But I can save 100% if I just walk away..." Well, the bubble said something like that. But you get the idea, eh? Save 100%! Don't shop! What about writing a poem. Write a letter to someone. Letter writing is a lost art form. What about pulling out those watercolors or acrylics and creating a nice little painting for someone. Labors of love! Those are the best gifts to give and to receive.

So again, my message for this holiday shopping season...and the best weekend of all for this is usually Thanksgiving Day Weekend...SAVE 100% and STAY HOME! Save your money and create gifts from home. It's therapeutic. It's calming (for me anyway.) And your checkbook, wallet, and savings account will love it.

Move Over Lance and Lacey...It's Brooke and Warren Time

This is only my opinion, but I think Lance and Lacey made some wrong moves last night. They did great...but in comparison to their competitors, they just lost their chance at the trophy. Lance and Lacey looked great. The hip hop style and moves were awesome. Lacey has some great choreography and enthusiasm. BUT Brooke and Derek were smokin' hot! Warren and Kim were entertaining! I suppose it comes down to the voters! That's all of you...I think. I didn't vote. I had to put the kids to bed. They stayed up past their bedtime watching Dancing With The Stars.

Brooke and Derek did an awesome freestyle! The moves were advanced and amazing. Brooke was steaming and it was just...awesome! My whole family was oo-ing and ah-ing! Check it out...

Lance Bass Steals the Show

Lance Bass stole the show on Monday night! He was hot, scoring tens on both dances with his talented partner, Lacey Schwimmer. (He experienced a 'shoe-falling-off' wardrobe malfunction, but pulled through as if it never happened.) Lacey was great and obviously had a hand in putting together some seriously difficult, exciting, and fun choreography. Move over Brooke...I think Lance is your competition for the night! More on Lance if you don't know much about him...
He is a former member of the ever popular boy band, NSYNC. He currently has a book out entitled Out of Sync: A Memoir which is a personal account of his experiences in the boy band, how it changed his life, when and how he came to terms with his sexuality and going public with it, along with other behind-the-scenes tales. (Okay, I haven't read the book. I'm getting this information from book descriptions and reviews. I'll pick it up and thumb through next time I stop at Border's.)

Entertainment Tonight announced the news back in August this year. Okay, so it's not really the son who gets to select a new mom, but certainly Jason Mesnick is considering the motherly qualities of the next installment's leading ladies. Gorgeous Mr. Mesnick is not just looking for the love of his life. He is looking for a family.

Dancing With The Stars Final Four

No doubt that each of these four has his/her own fan base. But if the callers-in vote strictly on dance-ability, it would have to be Brooke. Surely if all the NFL crew...fellow players, spouses, extended family members, football fans, producers, coaches, etc. all call in, Warren could take the lead. Lance is very good, too and Cody is the cute one. My personal opinion is that it'll be between Brooke and Warren. I mean, check out this beauty...

Gay-Marriage Will Eventually Prevail

I've stated my take on this issue for the most part. I even got a nasty email from someone who disagreed with me and I'm alright with that. Truth is, ladies and gentleman, that I also agree that this issue will eventually prevail. The sentiment across the nation in support of this "right" is too strong for the issue to not keep coming back. And for all the closed minded individuals who are stuck on what "marriage" traditionally is, times are changing. Times have changed for many things and in many ways. Do you really love yourself? Then you should love and respect others in what they want if it doesn't hurt you. What are you really afraid of? That someone is challenging the core of you and what YOU stand for? Be sure of yourself! But be sure that you are allowing others to be themselves without judgement from you.

The World's Oldest Profession: Prostitution

This has been such a controversy for many a days. Remember the great movie "Pretty Woman" starring the lovely Julia Roberts? Will that go down as a classic for our culture? This is also a profession not stranger to many a culture. Maybe I would consider spending a weekend with the guy for the price of $25,000...including two hours of sex? Hmm. He'd have to be disease and drug free and NOT a fatal attraction sort of guy. Of course, I wouldn't consider this now. I have a wonderful husband and children. But, if I were single and unattached and needed to pay off my student loans from medical school, this is a nice option. It's no wonder that at the Las Vegas strip clubs, you may find 'contracted' workers earning supplemental income by night (or day in the 24 hour town). Then the lady's 'real' job is lawyer, doctor, teacher, etc. Unethical to you? Unheard of in your pristine and innocent walks and circles of life? Well, it's reality ladies and gentleman. The oldest profession in the world.

Proposition 8 Controversy

Saying yes to Proposition 8 was like saying "No, you cannot love to your heart's desire. You cannot live the rest of your life with the one that you love." That is so wrong. What about all of these 'same sex' marriages who are forced to marry because of an out-of-wedlock unwanted pregnancy, yet the parents demand a shotgun wedding? Is that right to allow that couple to get married? I love Keith Olbermann. Accept love between people of the same sex. If you will remember, it was not long ago that blacks could not marry whites. It was, at one point, illegal in many states. That is ludicrous. Please, everyone. This is your opportunity to move in the direction of making things right! This is love. What are you afraid of ?!?!?

People who claim to be Christian, what about loving all people? Okay, whatever! So you do believe that. But what gives you the right to not allow two loving human beings to share the same sanctity that you enjoy as a heterosexual. Treating ALL people the way you want to be treated yourself. What is that? Doesn't Jesus want us to love and accept all others? And if that means accepting their choices in committing to a lifelong promise, shouldn't that be alright?

Even Governor Schwarzneggar has lightened up on the issue (probably due to pressure from his wife.) He suggests to opposers of Proposition 8 to not give up. In the past he has rejected legislation that allowed same-sex marriage. Now, he encourages "backers of gay marriage" to not give up, to keep not giving up until your point was heard and until the change you want is made.

Fear that they might be gay themselves. Today is the big day which marks the official transition of 'out with the old' and 'in with the new'. George leaves the White House and Mr. Barack Obama takes his place. Michelle and Barack Obama meet with President Bush and his wife, First Lady Laura Bush, in another historic moment. This is a traditional moment as presidents change leadership every four (or sometimes eight) years.

They will now exchange words in the Oval Office today. Behind closed doors. No reporters allowed. What in the heck will the say to one another?? How will President Bush respond to the eloquence of President Elect Barack Obama? I wish I could put a hidden microphone or camcorder in the Oval Office to get it on tape. Will they discuss that secret presidential memoirs that is alluded to in the movie National Treasure?

The Book of Secrets? (I am so gullible when it comes to this stuff!) Will President Bush show Barack Obama the secret compartments in the main desks and where the keys are kept? Will President Bush share with Barack Obama the current conspiracies that are lingering in today's political arena that only the presidents and their closest contacts know about? What exactly is Preseident Elect Obama inheriting from eight years of confusion, suffering, turmoil, mess, lies, etc., etc.? I'm not trying to be negative, but one wonders what the 'truth' is when it comes to politics. I think I watch too much television.

Airline Succumbs to Duct Tape on Onry Passenger

It is understandable for fellow passengers to get upset or frustrated about out of control children on an airplane ride in limited space, physically and with limited audial surroundings. Being a parent of young children myself, my family has had our few moments. I think my children have been taught well. But adults and unruly behavior? What has this world come to? Were drugs involved? And the use of duct tape?? Is this even legal? I would have been pissed off. Could there have been other options? What was the real story on this person? Is this passenger ready to file suit because I know I would be! What in the world is this world coming to? Will I ever ride on this airline? Did the airline staff get in trouble? What did other passengers do and say? Geez, people! Get a grip on yourself.

Brooke Shields and Bad VW Commercials

These are some commercials that are, quite frankly, getting on my nerves. It's good to see Brooke Shields doing more in her life. But I have to agree with some reviews that these VW ads make no sense. As a parent myself, the connection is just not there. It is really...really...really just annoying. Really. Hopefully the time will pass and VW will find that these commercials are not helping to sell their cars. Rather, they are just making people see that Brooke Shields is well and keeping busy with her work, and that pregnant women are being used in a confusing manner to sell cars. I just don't get it people!

The victory was heard around the world. According to one news source, a majority of the WORLD was awaiting this moment. Countries from every continent hurried in their support for Obama's win, international citizens from every corner, believers who have never stepped foot on U.S. soil, all have the reign of hope in their hearts.

The obvious buzz of the day is this most historical news that will go down in the history books and the lives of the diverse American. Barack Obama is our President Elect for the next term 2009-2012. He is our 44th President and the world has been watching. The world is behind this man from the mountains of Japan, to the fields of Africa, to the vineyards of Italy, to the islands of the Pacific Ocean, and beyond. I personally had family from Canada and Germany Facebooking their joy at the news of the Obama victory. This is truly a spectacular event.

On Sunday, November 23, the Movie "Redemption" will premier as a two-hour movie. This is exciting.

Thank you to my significant other, I am now hooked on 24. I have watched all 6 seasons in a matter of months. No, I didn't buy all of the seasons. I went to my local library who is so great about having the latest movies and dvd's. Checked out season to season. And I participated in the latest craze of television hungry fanatacism...SERIES BINGING! No longer did I have to wait one week to see what would happen next. I watched a whole season in one Saturday afternoon and evening, popcorn and all!

Why I like the show? I love the plot lines, the fast movement, the very exciting episodic situations that are intriguing, confusing, unrealistic but makes you think about what could really be happening in our government. It's a show that makes me think. Sometimes it even includes a little romance and wanting. Overall, simply entertaining.

It seems that the release of Guitar Hero World Tour also includes MANY popular songs of Beastie Boys, Michael Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Billy Idol, Van Halen and the list goes on. I am excited to say the least. I'm a little late, okay, with this whole craze. I've only had Guitar Hero for Wii for less than 2 months and my whole family is hooked. My young girls don't play much BUT they basically sing along when big brother plays. It is quite entertaining on a Friday night. Our own little rock band concert in the living room. Ah man! Now we just HAVE to pick up World Tour. What about you? Is your whole family hooked, sold, crazed, addicted? Whatever you want to call it? Yes, we have limits. But not on a school night kids!

Colin Powell in Support of Obama

I truly respect Colin Powell's words. He makes some excellent points about McCain and Palin. Palin is not ready for this position in Powell's opinion. (Hmm! Do ya think?) He has watched both parties closely and shares some great insight. If you haven't decided yet, pay attention to Colin Powell's words. It's something to think about.

It's also interesting that people associated with McCain are SO afraid of Muslims. Many keep saying that Obama is Muslim and that he is associated with terrorists. HELLO PEOPLE!! Why do you keep doing that? As Mr. Powell has said, Obama is Christian and has always been Christian. Who are your sources of information?? Go educate yourselves. Please.

Senator McCain, I'm not sure why you agreed to appear on this show. I really don't think it helped your campaign. C'mon, now! I think you backed yourself up into a corner. At least you stood your ground BUT... why did you put yourself in that position to begin with? I don't think I need to say much more here. However...I want to see McCain dance. How 'bout you?

Sarah Palin is a Sex Symbol

Well, Alec Baldwin thinks she is "hot". Others in the media agree. She was a former beauty queen, ya know. Personally, I think Tina Fey makes a more gorgeous Sarah Palin. Whatever the case, it seems that newscasters are starting to chat with one another after meeting with her or interviewing her. So the question goes "How was she?" Sex symbol Palin. Caribou Barbie. "Ha ha" I say to this.

Does this help the presidential campaign? Well, honestly it makes a joke of it. How can anyone take the Republican Party seriously at this point? Is it a wonder that she was limited in her roles on SNL last weekend. They simply don't want her to speak. What next, Sarah? Maybe she can make a guest appearance on Dancing With the Stars. Maybe she'll be invited to Season 8 of the show. She looks good...but can she dance?? That's the real question. (Oh yeah, she did 'Raise the Roof' on SNL and as I recall, she did it to the beat. Maybe she'd fair well in Carrie Ann's eyes.)

Material Girl Madonna on the Move

Okay everyone, did we not see this coming? Was it destined to happen that Madonna's relationship with Guy Ritchie would crumble and was too good to be true given her track record? Did any of us see this coming?

I for one have been a fan of Madonna since her days with Jelly Bean Benitez. I have watched her grow, blossom, get tangled up in the media, make for a great come back, watch her transformation with kabbalah, see her looking damn good with Justin Timberlake...and so on. She is a goddess! She truly is. I love her and wish her the best.

But I will have to say that I fell into the group of hoping that Guy Ritchie was her one and only and final. They seemed so good together. They made such a good couple. It was inevitable that Madonna would be too big for him. She moved on. I'll still follow her, though.

Sarah Palin on SNL : The Real Thing

Kudos to comedian Tina Fey for an awesome rendition of the vice presidential candidate, I think all of us agree that her performance is spot on. The clip above only shows a snippet of what Sarah Palin actually did on the show, and to be honest, it wasn't much. Was it me, or did she seem kind of quiet? She loves to talk and be around people, but I think the people advising her told her to keep things on the "downlow". We could all probably guess why, with the elections so close, many are on pins of needles looking for her to make a comment that the media can then blow out of proportion (we're all waiting for this), things are already silly enough as it is.

When the elections are over however, how much you wanna bet that she appears on the show in a bikini? That would be cool, she should still have her famous suit somewhere right?

If you ever get a chance to watch the SNL news parody towards the middle of the show, the rap performance was awesome. SNL's got a talented crew this season.

McCain's Body Language Sends Different Message

This week, John McCain appeared on "David Letterman" and apologized for missing his appointment with the talk show host. The clip above shows parts of the interview and you'll see that Dave put him on the spot regarding many serious topic, especially the one I think about the most, his thought on his vice presidential choice of Sarah Palin. It appears at about 3:30 in the clip.

Pay attention to McCain's body language when posed the question about his vice presidential running mate. You can learn a lot about one's initial reaction when confronted with possible discomfort. After Dave asks the question, John McCain leans back, as if to retreat, and begins to interject his own words, interrupting Dave's flow. He also blinks a lot too, which is usually a common tell of someone lying.

McCain is simply not comfortable answering that question, which makes me wonder about his truthfulness. His words were supportive of his running mate, but his body language says something else. In all this time, he should've rehearsed a better answer so his response would seem more confident and self assured.
